Sometimes Crowe is unrecognizable. But even in the Pope's Exorcist, he was terrific. I didn't expect to like it that much but I did, which says something about his star power, which he earned.
exactly, he's great fun in pope's exorcist, a boring cookie-cutter movie save for crowe's silly wonderful performance and he's great in this flick, which is a pretty standard gory war flick
